All our UK deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail First Class Parcel Service unless customers select First class recorded or express delivery options at checkout.
If UK recorded service is selected then the parcel will be sent on a royal mail 1st class signed for service and a signature will be required. This service is a trackable service.
For time critical deliveries we offer our Express Delivery option at checkout on all products. This guarantees next working day delivery for orders dispatched during working hours. For orders placed over a weekend, this guarantees Tuesday delivery. For orders required urgently we are recommending this selection from as little as £4.95 per order. Our first class delivery remains FREE on many home fertility products
If Express Delivery is selected the the goods will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is the fastest royal mail service, and a signature will be required. This service is a trackable service.
We respect your confidentiality. All orders are discretely packaged in plain outer packaging (brown or white padded envelopes) with no company advertising or logos.There is a discrete return address on the back of the parcel.
Very large and bulky orders may be sent by courier if they are considered too large for Royal Mail collection
UK Orders:
We aim to get your order into the next Royal Mail collection available after you order is received. Please kindly note that this is not a guarantee of next working day delivery, please allow between 2 and 5 working days (as a guide) for UK delivery (and longer when seasonal pressures slow the Royal Mail service such as Christmas and over bank holidays).
There is the option to select Express Delivery at checkout which is then sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (please note a signature is required on all Express Delivery Service)
International Orders:
Please allow up to 28 days for standard international delivery. An Express Delivery option (Airsure) is availble for international orders and should be selected at checkout if required.Please allow between 3-7 days for delivery internationally by Airsure within Europe.(Please note a signature is required for all Airsure deliveries and delivery times may vary)
Orders not received within 14 days for UK & 28 days for international should be notified by e-mail to customer services with details of your basket number and/or worldpay transaction number.
